  1. As soon as a realised this was an American interpretation of Lasagna I knew it would be something completely alien to classic Italian but I never could have imagined it to be so far from what a classic Lasagna should be

  2. Why don't you just grate the carrot in the sauce rather than throw it away? It adds great flavour and texture, I use it in all my bolognaise's.

  3. Ok not to be picky but your bechmel clearly has lumps in it also when you add cheese its called a mornay sauce

  4. Quick question on the layering. The video says the first layer is the meat sauce, but then when it flips to the upclose shot, there's a layer of noodles underneath?
    So it is meat sauce, noodles, meat sauce, bechamel, cheese, noodles (repeat)?

  5. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong with the Bechael sauce. It comes out super liquidy. It’s 6 cups of milk correct? And how long does it usually cook for?

  6. Ok. I can buy a motorbike for the cost of this meal in Turkey. I will keep it simple from the discount markets with the replacing cheap product 🙂 No ricottos, no much meat in it 🙂
