My vanilla bean panna cotta is a creamy and classic Italian dessert. Incredibly easy to make, it looks impressive and tastes delicious when topped with a flavorful berry sauce.

The roasted strawberry topping is essentially a delicious jam that’s made in the oven. Roasting intensifies the strawberry flavor and creates a decadent syrup that is bursting with flavor.

  1. Hello sir, excuse me but on the you tube that we have on the computers there are no automatic subtitles unfortunately. Could you please put the subtitles in French please. Good for you. Rosalie

  2. My family loved it and my son kept asking for panna cotta again so here I am doubling the recipe, thank you I love your YT channel ❤️ 😀

  3. I found a recipe in a "holidays" library book once. I think they called it Bergamot Cream. But based on seeing this recipe, I would say it's probably a Panna Cotta. It calls for heating milk (or half and half) with Earl grey tea bags while blooming gelatin in heavy cream; about half of each. Then you remove the tea bags, and add the cream/gelatin to the hot milk, along with some sweetener. Cook till the gelatin is dissolved and pour into dishes similar to what you used. Chill and serve. 😋

  4. Hmm… always used (maternal Italian family) only cream and not milk. Make it however you want, no right or wrong, I was just curious… why you cut it with milk and didn't use just cream?

  5. I tried it, John. It worked! My husband was wowed and I did my happy dance as I was eating it! I'd show you but no place to upload it.

  6. I would like to know how many mixtures will I need for 50 dessert cups that is 50ml. Each

  7. Is it possible to use a jam? I love how you explain it so good that it feels like I can actually do this. I'm totally making this for my sweet sixteen!!
