    Adapted from Armando Percuoco, Buon Ricordo Restaurant

    for 4 person portions

    fresh or dry fettuccini

    1 tbs butter

    250 ml (1 cup) cream

    4 tablespoons grated parmesan

    4 truffled eggs (otherwise, regular eggs will do)

    1 tablespoon truffle oil

    Extra parmesan for serving

    you can really taste and smell the truffle and the yolk combines it nicely
