    I’m curious how fennel pollen might work in place of the fennel leaves in a pinch. I always have a jar of it and love the flavor, though of course would prefer the freshness of the fronds!

  12. If you really want Americans to start using your recipe, you should probably provide imperial measurements alongside the metric ones.
    As an American who now lives abroad and has become used to converting units for most recipes I find online, I appreciate that you use metric measurements. But I also know that most Americans will skip any recipe that uses only metric units.
