Sole Mio started on the beaches of the Adriatic Sea over 25 years ago. Owner GianCarlo Agnoletti first opened in his hometown near Rimini, Italy. He began a passion for wonderfully fresh Northern Italian food and is pleased to share it with you here in Nashville, specializing in handmade pastas and homemade sauces and desserts. Insalata Di Mare, Mussels, Lasagna, Tortelloni, Fresh Fish and Veal are the favorites. Don’t forget to save room for our Homemade Tiramisu!
