"Real" anchovies are nothing like the canned ones in the stores! I first had fresh anchovies in Spain, and fell in love—came home to USA and tried them: thought I had gone to Hades! So if in the Mediterranean area, do try these!! If only once in your life, you will enjoy these fishy little treats! And the pear and mozzarella is probably wonderful–after all figs and feta are a delight!
