– Rubino’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil (lightly base the pan – usually about 1/3 cup – medium to low haet)
– Garlic 🧄 (6-8 cloves, peeled & lightly crushed, cook until they are light brown – be sure to stir so they don’t burn)
– Cherry Tomatoes (2 pints – whole – rinse with water first – let these sauté in the pan with the oil and garlic until they break down)
– Heavy Cream (start with 1/2 cup and add more if you want a creamier sauce)
– Sea Salt (about 1 tsp or to taste)
– Black Pepper (about 1/2 tsp or to taste)
– Red Pepper Flakes (about 1/3 tsp or to taste)
– Fresh Whole Basil (about 1/2 cup- we love basil so we use more – coarsely break it up and add to the pan)
– Gnocchi (2 pounds of gnocchi – boil first separately then add to pan)
– Burrata (2 – 4oz balls of Burrata)
