  3. Thanks to foreigners, nowadays you can find literally everything on pizza. Some new flavours are fine, but I think the best ones remains the classics.
    Pesto normally goes on pasta, but if you had to put it on a pizza, keeping it “Bianca” (no tomato sauce) it’s the way, so good choice. It should not be bad.

    Looks good! Here in Genoa, where pesto is from, all the pizzerias have one pizza with pesto, sometimes there’s one more traditional with potatoes and green beans also( that will be mozzarella, pesto, potatoes and green beans). It would be best if you put the pesto on the pizza after you take it out from the oven, fresh pesto is the best! Love from Italy ❤️👋

    I admire your efforts. This pizza is a foreign pizza, I mean, we use pesto on pasta but not as a “sauce for all dishes” like they do outside of Italy. What is “roman”?
