    This will not preserve your peppers. They look beautiful and delicious but they are not indefinitly shelf stable afaik.

  2. Vegetable material in the oil can, in very rare instances, allow the growth of anaerobic bacteria such as C. botulinum, if the vegetable matter is not acidic or has another inhibitory content such as salt.
    My product contains acidic material, lemon juice.
