Tonight’s dinner was homemade pasta with shrimps, tomatoes and bell peppers.
Made it a bit thicker to help it carry all that stuff 🙂

    Dough is 200 g of doppio zero flour and 110 g of egg.

    Genuinely, my favorite meal is fresh paparadell finished off in a pan with white wine, burst tomatoes, fresh garlic, lemon zest and juice, and shrimp. Lots of parm on top.
