  1. I blend it into tomato sauce for extra fiber 😂 it ends up kind of looking like a vodka sauce and it tastes amazing as long as I cook it like my regular sauce

  2. Very interesting use of cauliflower. Looks delicious. Could listen to Eva work with her language skills. She is so cute and fun.

  3. I don't much like cauliflower but I love it pickled in a giardiniera with peppers and celery and carrots! I make my own and it's so easy. Brilliant healthy snack.

  4. Recently discovered your videos. I'm really enjoying them because I have an Italian background. Learning more about Italian food. Thank you both.

  5. It's delicious!!❤😊…grill it with butter or olive oil!…or cauli-rice.. with red bellpeppers…

  6. I literally could listen to Eva all day. Her hair is amazing too! You are a lucky man, Harper…as I’m sure you know. So talented!

  7. I enjoy Eva's way of explaining her methods and the background music is relaxing and holds our attention.
Applause too you Both and keep doing you and enjoy every moment.
    New fan here.

  8. I roast the cauliflower florets with olive oil and salt. Delicious hot or cold. Why not throw the roasted cauliflower into an omelet.

  9. The Cauliflower side dish is quite good. I like the salty-meaty burst of flavor when I encountered an anchovy. Thanks for sharing.

  10. look up English Cauliflower and Cheese- AWESOME! Some people put Colemans English mustard in it too

  11. My go to method of cooking cauliflower is to thick slice the florets, salt, pepper, olive oil & madras curry powder. Roast until the cauliflower is crisp tender.

  12. Wow! I have three heads of cauliflower in my fridge, white, orange and purple. Now I definitely must try these all!! I’m hoping I have some anchovies left.

  13. I Iike your videos, but the background music is much too loud. Your voices are soft so I turn up the volume then you stop talking and the music blares, so I have to turn down the music, over and over. It becomes annoying. Please keep the music soft in the background. No one is turning in for the music. It shouldn't overpower the video. Thanks.

  14. Cauliflower with garlic and smoked paprika sauce: Clean and cut the cauliflower in medium size florets, put it in a pot, cover with water, salt and cook it until tender (but not too much!). Strain it, keep like 1/4 cup of the water and put it again with the cauliflower in the pot. In a small pan, fry 4 garlic gloves cut in 1-2 mm slices in about 4 Tb of good olive oil. When they are light brown, take the pan out of the heat, stir 1/2 or 1 Tb (if you prefer more flavour intensity) of smoked paprika, put it again in the heat and quickly (otherwise the smoked paprika will burn and spoil the dish) add a squirt of vinegar (apple cider or red wine), stir it a few seconds and pour it in the pot. Mix well, but be careful and don't broke the florets too much, until all the cauliflower is coated with the sauce. Enjoy! This is a Spanish recipe and it's called "Coliflor al ajo arriero"

  15. What is the beautiful music that plays over the preparation of cavalfiore alla Cavour?

  16. Superb! Eva teaches the recipes that are so authentic, simple yet delicious, and can’t be found in the menu of the Italian restaurants that I have ever been in the US.
    Love them all ❤

  17. I need to know what kind of olive oil she uses. and where y ou get it.

  18. I’ve made several of her dishes. Omg. I will make these as well. Easy to make , no fuss no muss. Congratulations on your restaurant in Italy 🇮🇹

  19. I enjoy steaming a whole head of Cauliflower, cool and separate the florets. Dipping in flour seasoned to your liking, dipping in egg mixture and dipping in breadcrumbs and frying. Makes a good side dish, good for snacking and with a glass of wine or beer.
