I'm in. 🙂
Thanks, great recipe. Worked perfect as the first pizza cooked in my new Alfa pizza oven
Peter Great video you make pizza making easy and simple to understand. your calculator is great but is there a preferred water temperature to start the Neapolitan dough ?
What if I let in rise for more than 6 hours?
Instead of salt and water; Use the mozzarella brine! It adds incredible flavor!
You didn’t ferment it
Hello, can i use flour treatment agent or improving agents to increase the flour’s gluten?
Do I skip the "second kneading" (of 10 to 20 minutes) if I am going to use the cold ferment method please?! 🍕
I don't believe. It's amazing.❤❤
Flour, water, salt, yeast, SUGAR
🤣🤣🤣🤣 there’s not enough salt in Neapolitan pizza dough to kill any bacteria! If it doesn’t kill the yeast it won’t kill bacteria
Hi, you mentioned that dry yeast is possible. Should we use instant yeast or active dry yeast?
Geweldige video!!! Ik ga het zaterdag proberen, ben heel benieuwd. Heb de rode zak van Caputo pizzeria bloem.
Even een vraag. Kan ik voor de reistijd van 6u een deegbak gebruiken? En hoe komt het dat je voor dit recept zo'n korte tijd nodig hebt en voor andere recepten langere tijd? Wat is het verschil?
Anyone tried this recipe compared to a recipe with poolish? What are the differences?
best tips. and all in one video. well done!
No mixing the yeast with the water&10%flour before adding the remaining flour?
This look delicious. Can we replace the yeast by sourdough ?
So you put the salt after 10% flour and the yeast become more a solid mix? You never actually put the salt in the video and it’s important
This dude is legit
I love the idea behind your calculator, BUT the measurements are wayyy off. I have done napolitean pizza before and decided to use your calculator and it was way off. I still decided to follow it to the t. Super dry to the point that it was just flour with a small dough ball.
