  3. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 there’s not enough salt in Neapolitan pizza dough to kill any bacteria! If it doesn’t kill the yeast it won’t kill bacteria

  7. I love the idea behind your calculator, BUT the measurements are wayyy off. I have done napolitean pizza before and decided to use your calculator and it was way off. I still decided to follow it to the t. Super dry to the point that it was just flour with a small dough ball.
