Rachael Ray teased me! At the beginnning of her Bolognese recipe I really thought she would amaze me, because all the processes were correct … but then in the end, as happened in the past, she ruined everything!
The end result may even look great, but I’m sure it doesn’t taste the same!

Where you confuser by this recipe or is it me?
I've made a few dishes from Rachel Ray and they were all terrible. I've also heard that she's extremely rude to her fans but who knows, I'm not a fan of hers.
Sir, as an internet student of yours for a long time, I lost my mind watching her make penne vodka which turned out to be vodka sauce soup…. It is so therapeutic watching you lose you mind to this… I have no idea how she is so famous! My bolognese needs at LEAST 3 hours of simmering , though I usually do 4 to 5 hours… This is madness!!!
Why do people feel the need to completely butcher traditional recipes?
I agree she did a lot of stupid stuff…. But I think spaghetti is great for Bolognese (and a must for carbonara). Never had a problem with sauce and meat twirling in together with my fork.
This is and always has been typical of her. She'll make a traditional dish and do it well , then out of nowhere she'll throw in a left curve. And ruin it.
This so typical of her, she'll prepare a classic dish and do it well step by step then out of nowhere she'll throw a left curve and do something that is completely wrong. She does this with all types of cuisine. Has for years . I never liked her cooking , it's cheap and amateurish.
Honestly, it's not traditional but it would definitely taste good, can't go wrong with pasta and a meat sauce
I don't think anyone would react to anything with Rachel Ray. Strange stuff here. I wonder why you don't just cook stuff on this channel? I can't ever really look at your stuff. Very silly.
You have to understand the dairy industry sponsors a lot of American television, because they want more people to purchase milk, cheese, butter, etc.
Rachel probably can cook a hell of a bolognese but in TV she does what the corporate sponsors want her to do, it's all a big advertisement really.
rather rachael’s disgrace sauce.
she is so stupid that it hurts😯
Vincenzo should be invited to be judge on an episode of 'Chopped' that has YouTube chefs, such as Joshua Weissman and Gugga, competing.
I'm sure I'm biased since I'm of Tuscan descent, but I really don't care for bolognese with the milk in it. Give me a good Toscano sugo di carne with NO milk, and some chicken livers in the meat mixture.
I've made David's bolognese a few times now, and OMG, noice
Provi frico friuliano….https://youtu.be/M_Ui9k3voUY.😊
Question: Is Italy playing Mexico? Cuz Claudia just made a pasta casserole…
Just one of the many reasons I stopped watching Foodnetwork or other Popular Chefs on TV.
WTF.. just put the cheese rind in the pan instead of milk. She could put poeple off good pasta food…. well any food really.
And she speaks like she's an expert. Smh
Beef stock is MSG for people who are afraid of MSG :D.
It's "Italian-American" what many in the US consider "authentic Italian" because they don't know better, and many "Italian" restaurants and restaurant chains make sure it stays that way. Can't really blame the people for it because most of them will never experience real, authentic Italian food and food culture. – But I totally agree on the DEAR GOD IN HEAVEN! NO MILK! part. That should be a big no-no in any kitchen, no matter where. Also, sage is def. not an herb I would use in a Bolognese-like sauce. Parsley, meh, why not? Won't ruin it. I'd prefer some oregano and thyme, maybe some torn up fresh basil leaves at the very end, if there absolutely has to be some green in there. 🤷♂
This is painful. My daughter is 10, and can make a better Bolognese than this.
Rachel is too much for me to watch. I walked away from her in the 1990’s
Lol MINCHIAAAAA! Rachel what is she thinking? 🤦♂️to much Chin Chin 🍷 before cooking 😂🤪
