Here is your Recipe: Chicken Parmesan with Spaghetti

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
8 ounces spaghetti
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for cooking

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the breaded chicken breasts for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish.
Pour marinara sauce over the chicken breasts and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
While the chicken is baking, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain.
Serve the chicken Parmesan over a bed of spaghetti. Garnish with fresh basil leaves. Enjoy!
