Why ruin carbonara
Too bad there’s no recipe in comments.
It says recipe in description but it isn’t. When the recipe is in comments, it can be copied and pasted into a note or word document. I personally appreciate that and save many recipes that way. When the recipe is in description, I don’t even bother with it, I just go to Pinterest.
You don't need a recipe for this. I would definitely try it with some leftover for breakfast, add some veggies and sausage. 👍🏼

Hard to believe any literal American Italian would thumb down this idea. We are an adventurous people, and almost anything goes with pasta and with eggs. Peasant Italian cooking is the BEST. Tastiest.
