Pizza was Invented in Napels Italy but it has travelled a long way.
Every country has it’s version of pizza and in india the pizza can be found in indian streets.
Indian street food / Ahmedabad street food make thier pizza using otg ovens and sometimes even on a tava, but the main ingredients remain the same – refined flour pizza base, tomato / pizza sauce and cheese.
This video is about my visit to 1441 Pizzeria where pizza is made using a traditional wood fired pizza oven.
They make their own base by hand stretching the freshly kneaded pizza dough.
One even gets a option to pick, choose and add unlimited toppings to their pizzas.
They offer over forty plus variety of toppings to choose from.
I had fun in the pizza making process and enjoyed my veg pizza / veg cheese pizza thoroughly.
