The ultimate culinary experience for pork chop enthusiasts – Zesty Italian Pork Chops, I am using the NINJA FOODi Air Fryer to transform ordinary pork chops into crispy, golden wonders. The secret lies in the perfect balance of herbs and spices, combining traditional Italian seasonings with my homemade marinade blending roasted garlic, oregano, basil, in a homemade roasted bell pepper and artichoke heart liquid with a hint of fiery red pepper flakes.

Ingredients:
2 Pork Chops (Thin Cut)
1 Cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1/2 Cup Grated Parmigiano Cheese
1 Tbsp. Trader Joe’s Spicy Italian Seasoning
(or Italian Seasoning with Cayenne Pepper)
1 Egg
Ingredients for Marinade:
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Roasted Red Pepper Liquid
1/4 Cup Artichoke Hearts Liquid
1 Tbsp. White Vinegar
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Oregano
1-2 Tbsp. Fresh Basil
1 Tbsp. Roasted Garlic (or Fresh)
Let pork chops marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Remove and pat dry, allow chops to come to room temperature befor cooking.
Add grated cheese and Spicy Seasoning to seasoned bread crumbs
Dip each chop into egg and dredge in bread crumbs.
Press crumbs into pork chops and for a thicker crust repeat.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F
Air Fry for 10 minutes.
or until fully cooked and crispy.
Add 1/2 Cup Roasted Mixed Vegetables (Zucchini, Eggplant, Bell Pepper, Onion,) on the side
and finish with a good olive oil.
