Hi guys! Welcome to a new video, today’s recipe is the Italian CAPRESE Cake!!
This is a traditional Italian cake, typical of Capri, an island in the region Campania. If you love almonds and chocolate this is the cake for you, if you don’t after eating this cake you will change your mind!!!
Those are the ingredients you need:
1 1/2 CUP DARK CHOCOLATE (150gr.)(5.29 oz.)
3 CUP ALMONDS (250 gr.)(8.81 oz.)
2/3 CUP BUTTER (150gr.)(5.29 oz.)
4 EGGS
1 1/4 SUGAR (200gr.)(7.05 oz.)
1 SPOON POTATO STARCH
1 SPOON COCOA POWDER
1 SPOON FLOUR
1 SPOON BAKING POWDER (16 gr.)
PREHEAT OVEN AT 356 degrees.
