6 tbsp sugar
marsala liqueurMETHOD1. Whisk the egg yolks with sugar.2. Place the bowl over a pan of simmering water (the water must not actually touch the bowl) and carry on whisking while gradually adding the liqueur.3. Let it cool and serve.
