Let’s make one of my favorites, spaghetti, meat sauce, and cheese bread. First, cut an onion. Throw it in a pan with some olive oil and some garlic. Take mild or spicy Italian sausage and mix with ground beef. Drain your beef and throw it in a food processor. Throw in your peppers. Throw back in your beef. Use your favorite marinara sauce and some tomatoes. Now you cut your celery. The secret to great sauce is to put your celery in 10 minutes before you eat. For cheese bread, I use a French loaf, your favorite garlic spread, and your favorite cheese. Wrap it in tin foil, put it in the oven for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Pull off the tin foil. Broil it for 3 to 4 minutes. Plate and serve. Damn.

  1. I got a costco membership in Novemeber and tried Victorias marinara sauce and I wont buy anything else now.

  2. Not gonna lie that cheese bread looks so delicious I need me some of that goodness 😋. Broil? Is that grilling it?

  3. Just to be honest Josh, never have I ever had celery in my pasta & sauce!! I think I will keep leav'n it out. But I live to watch you cook. Thanks for the vids!!😅

  4. I have a few questions, why process the meat until a pile of mush. Why add jarred sauce if you are going to add tomatoes anyway, just use all tomatoes. Where's the spices? And last but not least, celery in sauce, who's secret is that? Have never heard of using that in sauce. I do have to say, your cheese bread looks yummy.

  5. Love the cooking videos!!! but please the teflon from your pan is getting in your food 😮 those are for the trash! greetings from germany

  6. Our butcher packs Italian sausage like ground chuck and I don’t have to take the casing off. He’s amazing.

  7. I can't wait to see the comments rolling in 🤣 ah, the blissful frustration and chaos ✴️ it's phenomenal 🙌😁
