Ingredients:
puff pastry – 500 g (17.64 oz)
pressed cheese – 100 g (3.5 oz)
salami – 100 g (3.5 oz)
pepperoni – 100 g (3.5 oz)
tomatoes – 2 pieces
mozzarella – 100 g (3.5 oz)
eggs – 1 piece
oregano – 3 g (0.11 oz)
olive oil – 10 ml (0.34 fl oz)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F) /30 minutes
for the sauce:
tomatoes – 6 pieces
water – 2 l (0.52 gallon)
BOIL 2 minutes
cold water – 1 l (34 fl oz)
oil – 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
garlic – 15 g (½ oz)
red onion – 1 piece
salt – 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper – 3 g (0.11 oz)
sweet paprika – 5 g (0.18 oz)
granulated garlic – 3 g (0.11 oz)
tomato sauce – 50 g (1.76 oz)
parsley – 20 g (0.7 oz)
butter – 40 g (1.4 oz)
