

Last week I was in Firenze and Siena and bought some salumi and guanciale / pancetta. Made linguine carbonara tonight 🙂 (look quite dark but most is pepper).
Somehow the most simple recipes tend to be the most difficult; Carbonara seems simple but it look me quite some time for getting it right. I used linguine/ guanciale / parmezan cheese / two very fresh biological eggs / little bit of the pasta water to make it slight more creamy.
