Ingredients:
– 1 1/2 cups of flour
– 1/2 cup of warm water
– 1 tsp of yeast
– 1 tsp of salt
– 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
– 1/2 cup of grated mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
– 1/2 cup of ground meat (optional)
– Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt. Add in the warm water and mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes or until it becomes smooth.
4. Spread a thin layer of olive oil onto a pizza pan or baking sheet.
5. Roll out the dough on the pan and spread the tomato sauce on top.
6. Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce.
7. Add the sliced mushrooms and ground meat (if using) on top of the cheese.
