2 tbsp All Purpose Flour(Maida),
1 tsp Chilly powder,
1/2 tsp Garlic powder,
1/2 tsp Thyme,
1 Egg,
Salt as Taste,
Mix well..
Soak 10 Mins…
Cheesy Potato Spin Process:
2 tbsp oil,
Soked Potato slices,
Mozzarell Diced Cheese,
Cover and cook for 15 mins on low Flame….
For Garnishing,
Coriander leaves, Chilly Flakes….
