INGREDIENTS
1 whole chicken (cut into pieces)
1 tablespoon of thyme
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of nutmeg
4 cups (1 liter) of milk
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of pepper
Salt/flour/oil as needed

METHOD
Begin by placing the chicken in a container and adding thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Fill the container with milk and let it marinate in the fridge overnight. After the necessary time has passed, coat the chicken pieces in all-purpose flour, then egg, then flour again, and finally semolina flour. Fry in hot peanut oil until perfectly golden brown, and then it’s ready to enjoy – it’s delicious!
