200g store-brand bacon cubes, 4 full eggs, 30g parmesan, mixed peppercorns, 500g full-grain spaghetti broken in half — slightly fry the bacon; cook spaghetti; in a bowl, mix eggs, parmesan and pepper. When the pasta is cooked, add it to the bacon pan with some pasta water, mix well, then add egg mix and stir, stir, stir!

    It’s not easy to make carbonara!!! as Italian I appreciate that foreigners try to make it even if they have never tasted what it tastes like in Italy. Ciaooooo
