What an amazing lasagne tonight! I used Marcella Hazan’s bolognese recipe and lemme just tell you – seriously the best I’ve ever had. It takes at least 4 hours and you must be patient with the evaporation processes. Also my first time using Barilla oven-ready pasta sheets. I’m a convert! It’s so easy and it looks SO much better. I felt the texture was as it usually is. Perfectly al dente with some crispy charred bits on top. 10/10 will make for the rest of my natural life. 🤌🏼
