Second video of this project and this time I will take you to very versatile wine region called Emilia Romagna. Here you can find everything starting with Cars(Ferrari, Lamborghini, Ducati), Food(Parmigiano Reggiano, Balsamico di Modena, Spaghetti Bolognese) and ending with wine(Lambrusco Spumante&Frizzante, Albana di Romagna).
Tonights wine, well I can only tell you that it will be from TreMonti winery and it will not be the classical representative of the region…not Lambrusco.
