1/2 cup – 120 g bacon
1 onion diced
1 large carrot diced
1 celery stalk diced
1 lb – 500 g lean minced beef and pork
1/2 cup – 120 ml White wine
1 lb – 500 g homemade tomato sauce
1 cup – 250 ml stock
1 cup – 250 ml milk
