INGREDIENTS

For the filling:
8.8 oz ground beef
3.5 oz rice
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp parsley
1 lemon zest
Salt, pepper
Parsley
BBQ sauce and ketchup

For the tomato sauce:
1 teaspoon oil
0.35 oz butter
1 red onion
2 garlic cloves
17.6 oz mixed tomatoes
5.3 oz tomato pulp
200ml water
Salt, pepper

METHOD
Blanch the cabbage for 10 minutes. Prepare the filling. In a bowl, mix rice, paprika, BBQ sauce and ketchup, chopped parsley, and lemon zest. Combine with ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Take a cabbage leaf, stuff it with some filling, and wrap it around itself. Arrange all the cabbage rolls in a baking dish.

Prepare the sauce: sautรฉ the onion in oil and butter, add the tomatoes, tomato pulp, water, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for about 30 minutes. Then blend everything together.
Spread the sauce over the cabbage rolls and bake for 30 minutes at 375ยฐF (190ยฐC)
