  1. I make Italian grilled cheese with Carbonaut bread(I love Aunt Millie’s but my son has celiac and AM’s isn’t Gf). I cut into strips and dip in raos. 🤤

  2. Great video girls! These look so tasty! I have the same pork rinds as you do and I don’t have a problem with their flavor but I do find them a bit difficult to work with. These stick all over me, lol. I’m sure it’s just because I’ve always been used to regular bread crumbs. Thanks to Brad for a great suggestion. As one who is part Italian, I can really appreciate it! Thanks for another great recipe!❤️

  3. I love Aviate lupin products. I've made some great recipes. But I also love pork rinds! What a great video. You both seemed so satisfied with the outcome of both! Thank you.

  4. This looks absolutely amazing. I like to grind up the mission zero net carb street taco tortillas in the food processor and use them to bread things. It turns out so good.

  5. I’m carnivore, but LOVE your channel!! 😍 Thanks for making the carnivore recipes, too!! I tell all my friends who don’t know about y’all to tune in because y’all are so fun to watch and try new recipes all the time, so we know which ones to make!! 🤗

  6. parmesan cheese from the spaghetti aisle is a great breading. egg wash and parm was how my great grandmom breaded chicken

  7. I have used Parm Crisp and Whisp instead of pork rinds. The best pork rinds are Pork King Good on Amazon. Also, High Keys came out with crackers, so that could be an option.

  8. Twins, I buy the queso pork rinds, food processor and girls they are good for coating. Used them on pork chops and so so good

  9. They look amazing. I have lupin flour , but never tried flakes. Yeah. A new adventure. Thanks twins. Hugs from Ontario,Canada. 🥰💖🇨🇦🍁

  10. Hi, ladies! These deep-fried sandwiches look delicious, and I loved the sound of the crunch!

On a different note—I have scoured You Tube and the web for a keto dupe for a Babe Ruth candy bar, but haven’t found a recipe. Would you ladies consider making a keto version of a Babe Ruth bar? Thanks so much!

  11. From a first hand experience I want to say LMNT has outstanding customer service and response times. I made a big mistake ordering a flavor I did not like. They responded in less than 24 hours. Wanted to know what flavor I wanted and just like that a new box was on the way. (Told me to keep the original product, share it or donate it.) their “salty support team” were genuine and actually read what I wrote. They made a kind, interested response to a passing comment I made.

  12. I'm doing carnivore and made home made Chicken Nuggets the other day using Pork Rinds for breading. You guys might want to try it. I processed the Pork Rinds with Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Thyme ( I never measure anything, LOL ) I then took 1 lb. of ground White meat Chicken, placed it between sheets of Parchment paper and rolled it out to about 1/4" inch thick, cut them into nugget shapes, dipped it in egg, into Pork rinds, back in egg, back in Pork Rinds, packed the breading on good them put them all in freezer bags and kept them in freezer overnite to firm up. Fried them the next day…and honestly…they were the best Chicken nuggets I've ever eaten. I also used a Zero Carb, Zero calorie Polynesian Dipping Sauce that was AMAZING !

  13. Try making a canolly, add some mushrooms, black olives and some bacon, sausage, and some chopped jalapenos. Don't for get the marinara.

  14. mmmm, well the Lupin flour might be a suitable substitute. But for me, it is a major pain in the belly causing almost immediate running to the restroom! But I have used just almond flour on it's own with xanthan gum to bind.

  15. I'm allergic to pork unfortunately so the lupin is of interest and also thinking of how to make this celiac friendly as I'm Celiac and do follow keto 🙂

  16. Hello Ladies,
I was thinking instead of the bread trying thin layers of ground Chicken and in place of the pepperoni use Ham. Like a cordon Bleu. Let mee know if you could try it, I will be and I'll share with ya'll.

  17. A great substitute for pork panko is ground up Carnivore Crisps OR their new Meat Flour, from what I have read. I have already tried grinding up Carnivore Snax in the Protein Breading from Indigo Nili and it works really well. Also a great substitute for just the panko is the protein breading, which really works well in a lot of situations. I have been playing with the basic recipe for a few weeks now with great success.

  18. Hi girls! Once again, you’ve created something fun and appetizing. I loved the crunch of the one with the pork rinds. I definitely want to give that one a try. Thank you for sharing!

  19. A big hug from Italy❤
This is a common italian recipe: Mozzarella in carrozza, usually we use backed ham, mozzarella and toast bread, fried😊
P.s. we don't have Pepperoni in Italy, it doesn't exist here😂
