  1. hit cleveland and canton/akron if you want to see the heart of midwest style pizza. It would have been better to go 30 years ago when there were literally 30 mom and pop places on main street in North Canton, but now you can still get Kraus etc. They take it very serious. Also try the chicken – eg, the wings.

  2. What a great owner getting his people involved and giving them credit. As someone who lives in Ohio Iโ€™ve never heard of a Midwest Neapolitan but Iโ€™ll be making a 3 hour drive this summer. That pizza looked incredible and had to be in the 8โ€™s.

  3. A place that small has a GM and a Director of Ops? Interesting! Cool guy owner though making sure they got out there and got their props.

  4. What a sigh of relief from the owner after hearing the score. He knew a good score from the Prez would really boost business. I just hope he ordered enough on his next truck to fulfil the volume that's coming his way ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. @OneBitePizzaReviews Have you ever had Donatos Pizza * it's an Ohio chain in Cincinnati especially. Super Thin Super greasy but I think you would like it 7.1 but a legit must try for Ohio. (Do Pizza Reviews in COLOMBIA ( Cali, Colombia has some of the best pizza in the world outside of Italy. )

  6. "what's floppy?"

    "Umm its a kids show"
    "what is floppy?"

    "what's something else floppy?"

  7. Are you kidding me? Are you serious? That is not a Neapolitan pizza (tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, fresh basil, and olive oil). The pizza does look pretty descent, but don't call it a Neapolitan pizza. Crust looks legit, and sounds great! 7.7 seems a little high, but it's in the ball park.

  8. One bite, everybody knows the rules….proceeds to house the entire slice๐Ÿ˜‚
