These are popular in Poland as a home polish dish that we make from time to time. Altho the recipie is a little different, and they always come more brown.
For sure definetly try those. Add some egg on top of that and thats gonna be a great meal.
I saw a magical gluten-free 'pizza' base coming into reality here….and I tried to make it but failed. The whole thing got sticky to the pan. Could be that my pan's teflon is bit tired, or perhaps the olive oil that I used. Was I supposed to use other oil π€ Or although my gas heat was at its lowest setting – maybe itcwas still too hot… Gonna try this in oven dish on top of baking sheet… then put pizza topping…

These are called latkes (latkahs) which are potato pancakes
Don't rinse is a good tip. Keep the starch to stick the potato together.
That's just hash browns
Place a dollop of sour cream on those potato crepes and you have perfection!
