Italian Mozzarella in a Carriage
Ingredients:
• 12 slices of sandwich bread
• 500 g of fresh mozzarella
• 5 eggs
• Flour as needed
• breadcrumbs
• Salt to taste.
• Vegetable oil for frying

Notes:
– Make sure to dry the mozzarella slices from their liquid
– it is suggested to let the slices rest for 30 minutes after they have been breaded and then re-coat them in egg wash and breadcrumbs. Let them rest for 30 minutes and then fry them up.
