  1. I’m gonna hazard a guess you’re British (like me) from the use of the word aubergine and not eggplant!

    Aubergine and Gorgonzola is a great match so I’d imagine this was really yummy!

    But it already looks creamy. In Italy this would be considered creamy, for US standards it probably is considered low calorie light lol
