Ingredients:
– Plain croissant 80g
– Chia seeds
– Bacon
– Mushrooms
– Brie cheese
– Butter
– Olive oil
– Garlic
– Soy sauce

Preparation:

1) Thaw the croissant and add the chia seeds as a topping.

2) Bake the croissant in the oven at 170°C for 17min.

3) In a frying pan put the butter, a little olive oil and the chopped garlic. When the garlic is lightly browned, add the mushrooms and soy sauce, and saute.

4) Fry the bacon.

5) Cut the croissant in half, add the bacon, mushrooms and brie cheese.

6) Bake for 5 minutes at 200°C.
