My second attempt at spaghetti alla carbonara. Used regular pork jowl bacon instead of guanciale since it’s hard to find in Texas, and my apologies that the black pepper was not freshly ground. The sauce was THICC and creamy 😩 Such a simple yet delicious dish.

Looks good. I’d add an extra yolk!
That looks pretty dang good. Try 5 yolks + one entire egg next time ; that might give you that bit extra sauce. Looks tasty as is tho.
