For the sausage: 1 Eggplant
2 tsp Olive Oil
1 Bulb Fresh Fennel For the Sauce:
1 Red Pepper 1 cup Water
1 Green Pepper 1/4 cup cashews
1/2 tsp Oregano 1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp Aleppo Pepper 2 Tbs Nutritional Yeast
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
