I bet this was absolutely amazing. I prefer my scallops with a harder sear, personally. Did you cook these directly in the sauce? They look real tender & delicate!

I like squid ink pasta personally, but when I was in Italy I couldn’t find it in neither grocery shops nor restaurants. The only place I managed to find it was in tourist trap pasta souvenir shop in the Rome center and in duty free tourist shop. It made me think maybe squid ink pasta is not Italian after all, but I’m yet to confirm it with any Italians
