Cannoli Siciliani is a traditional Italian dessert that originated in Sicily. They are made with a crisp and flaky pastry shell filled with a sweet, creamy ricotta cheese filling. The pastry shell is typically caused by deep-frying a mixture of flour, sugar, and lard or vegetable oil until golden brown and crispy. The filling combines ricotta cheese with sugar, vanilla, and sometimes chocolate chips or candied fruit, creating a sweet and creamy mixture. The filling is then spooned into the crisp pastry shell, making a delicious and satisfying dessert. Cannoli Siciliani is a staple of Sicilian cuisine and are often enjoyed as a sweet treat after a meal or as a special occasion dessert. With their crispy pastry shell and sweet and creamy filling, cannoli is a beloved dessert that is a must-try for anyone who loves Italian cuisine.

As an italian I feel responsible for your right pronunciation: italianità is pronounced with the accent on the last a, siciliano has the c, right, but pronounce it like in "charm" please
Cannolo is not that hard to make, it's fried pastry, you need little metal tubes and that's it.
Get a recipe for the pastry, wrap it around the little metal tubes and fry, it might take a little bit of trial and error but that's it.
