  1. "American Food – Italian Pizza". Don't miss our next episode: "Peruvian Food – Japanese Okonomiyaki".

  2. It’s always nice to watch a master at work. When i make pizza at home it doesn’t stretch right and gets filled with holes and then sticks to the counter. And then after all that trouble, and all that mess I’m left with…it tastes like sh*t. 😂

  3. Looks great, but with just a few more seconds per order, the pizza chef could have better distributed the toppings. (Hopefully, there isn't TOO much arm hair in the cheese bins!)

  4. No grated cheese salt or pepper in the calzones so those will be nice and bland no flavor. Not to mention the dry crusty dough he made them with .The white pie has no garlic and the seasoning he did put is all in the middle of the pizza so you only taste it in the first couple of bites . I saw someone in the comments say they love watching a master at work, this guy is far from a master .

  5. Just watched this. Now I'm starting for old school pizza!!! He makes it just like I remember from when I was a kid.

  6. I haven’t had a real calzone in years. I’m living in New England now and anything wrapped in dough is called a calzone.

  7. I used to like "Four Seasons" pizzas quarter pepperoni, a quarter Hawaiian, a quarter cheesy, and a quarter marinara. A little bit of everysing.
