1. Thin skinned potatoes-250 gms
2. olive oil-3 tblespn
3. salt-1 tspn
4. pepper-1/2 tspn
5. Thyme-1/2 tspn
6. garlic finely chopped-1 tspn
7. parmesan cheese-2 tspn
8. parsley or cilantro-1 tspn
Method: Wash & chop thin skinned potatoes into long wedges. Add 3 tblespn olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, garlic & mix well. spread it on the baking tray. Bake for 30-40 mins at 160°.Add some parmesan cheese & dhaniya Or parsley.
