    Im curious how the masses will react. I see that its slightly under cooked but maybe im wrong. Im sure a true hearted Italian will chime in soon. Still super proud of you for trying. Thats the only way you learn and get to the end point you want.

    Great result! Try a little olive oil drizzled over the top to give it that nice shine, could maybe use another 3-4 mins in oven next time. Enjoy!

    Too pale, but not a big problem. It’s important how it looks inside, it may be completely raw
