This is honestly only american Lasagne. If you add Mozzarella, Ricotta and Ragù that looks more like a Ragù alla genovese than a Ragù alla Bolognese it automatically cancels out all the points that would make it a Lasagne from Emilia-Romagna. The only green stuff that belongs in a northern Lasagne is spinach for the dough, not parsley…not even in a southern one…Why even post this into r/italianfood ? There‘s italian american subs. Or the Lasagne one that you posted in as well.
