One of my favorite spaghetti recipes is Pasta Alla Caruso! This is a dish that the great opera tenor Enrico Caruso used to make for himself. Enrico Caruso was one of the greatest opera singers to have ever graced the Met in New York City! He was also a great chef and foodie long before the work foodie entered our lexicon. So in honor of Enrico Caruso, I am making one of my favorite spaghetti recipes! Pasta Alla Caruso! You can find the recipe for this dish on my blog @ http://www.richardblainesezcooking.com/spaghetti-recipes-pasta-alla-caruso
If you make this recipe I would really love to hear from you and if you have any recipe suggestions please forward them to me here on my channel!

  1. Looks fantastic Rich. I love chicken livers. I've never had them in a tomato based sauce. I'll be trying this one soon. Another awesome recipe my friend.

  2. Aha you have confessed your love of Pomi tomatoes : D This dish looks good. I always keep chopped can tomatoes in the cupboard they are a must. I did not know that Enrico was a good cook. There are a lot of cooking channels on YT but your videos/recipes are great you offer food recipes that are not so pedestrian. 1 glass of cab sav for the dish and one for me : )

  3. Looks great, I think the addition of the artichoke hearts bring this recipe to a new level. Nice blend of spices, and textures for your Spaghetti Recipe. Looks like a fantastic recipe, 5 stars!

  4. I looove pasta dishes! This one is just mouth watering. I will definitely try it. Thanks for the great video! Always a pleasure to watch you doing kitchen magic.

  5. Oh it went great! I had two of my friends over and they absolutely loved it. Thank you so much for the recipe 🙂

  6. Looks good but I think the livers would be WAY overcooked. They are best pink in the middle – tender and still juicy. Might it make sense to add them back to the sauce just before serving rather than letting them cook in the mix for 20+ minutes? Really can't wait to try this!

  7. Richard Im a new subscriber, my mothers side is italian last name Sagnibene. When i was young my family would make italian dishes that most people dont see any more. this pasta Alla Caruso reminds me of one my grandmother used to make. Love your channel.
