  1. Thank you for the lesson – listening to you and watching you create these splendid taralli is like visiting a friend. I have saved the recipe!

  2. Why don't you do the whole tasting on the balcony instead of back and forth, I think that'd be so nice. Great video; I'm curious about the history of these treats, as I am with many of your recipes. I know sometimes with the sausages you've given a bit of history but I think a few comments on each video, of some historical references in addition to the geographical ones, would be a great thing to see!

  3. There delicious, I love them. Nonno allways brings them from Apulia when he visits us. I also really lave the big ones (don't know what there called) you need to put them in water, add tomato mozzarella, kapperi sale and olio. It's the best food for the evening.

  4. Wow, I will definitely be making these for my family! One question: what flour do you use bread flour (12% protein content) or all purpose flour (for cakes)? I'm in USA.

  5. Yes, they are spectacular) Tried it in Italy – yumm 😋
Btw may be you could share a recipe of a sweet cookies made with red wine? Don't know how they're called, bought it in some supermarket for a gift to my mom and she still remembers it)

  6. Yes, I can’t find these anywhere where I live, Santa Barbara. I was intending to make these but I wanted a good recipe. Thank you!
