With fresh KTA bakery french bread, made in Hawai‘i Portuguese sausage and Hamakua grown Ali‘i mushrooms, makes for an ‘ono snack at your fingertips while you cheer on your favorite team!

GET COOKIN’
1 loaf French bread, sliced in half
1 1/2 cups alfredo sauce
1 to 2 portuguese sausage, sliced
1 can olives, sliced & drained
1/2 cup cauliflower, chopped
1 cup broccoli, chopped
2 cups ali’i mushrooms
optional: cilantro, washed and torn
1 to 2 cups shredded mozzarella & cheddar cheese

Slice bread in half horizontally and place on a foil lined baking sheet. Spread alfredo sauce over the cut sides. Sprinkle with the sausage, olives, cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, cilantro and cheese. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges of bread are toasted. Cut into pieces and serve warm.
