INGREDIENTS
a roll of shortcrust pastry
vegetable ragù sauce
milk for brushing

METHOD
With a small bowl mark the center and with a knife divide the dough in 5. Put some ragù sauce on 4 sections and begin to fold the dough towards the center. Brush the surface with milk.
Bake at 355°F (180ºC) for 40-60 minutes.
