    Ingredients:
    – 200g Almond Powder ( 2 Cups )
    – 120g Sugar ( ½ cup + 1 Tbsp )
    – 1 Tbsp Lemon zest
    – 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
    – 3 Egg whites
    – Pinch of salt
    – icing sugar
    Instructions:
    1. In a bowl, put 200g Almond Powder ( 2 Cups )
    2. Add 120g Sugar ( ½ cup + 1 Tbsp )
    3. Add 1 Tbsp Lemon zest
    3. Mix well
    4. Add 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
    5. Add 3 Egg whites
    6. Add a Pinch of salt
    7. Mix well
    8. Form into balls
    9. Roll the balls in icing sugar
    10. Place them 2 inches apart on the baking sheet
    11. Gently press an almond in the center of each cookie
    12. Bake in preheated oven at 170 °C – 338 °F for 10 to 15 minutes
