Ingredients
1 Cup Split Black Gram
1/4 tsp salt
1 inch Chopped Ginger
2 chopped green chilly
1 tbsp grated dry coconut
2 cup buttermilk
2 pinch asafoetida
Add 1/4 tsp salt
500gm Fresh thick Curd
1/4 tsp black salt
Little bit white salt
For Serving Dahi Vada

1 pinch black salt
Little bit Coriander Chutney
Little bit tamarind chutney
1 pinch Roasted Cumin Powder
1 pinch roasted red chilli powder

Method

Step — 1

Soak 1 Cup Split Black Gram for 7-8hours
You can also add green gram in black gram

Drain and Grind,using very little water,
to a thick ,coarse and flutty batter.

Take it Out in a bowl

Add 1/4 tsp salt

1 inch Chopped Ginger

2 chopped green chilly

1 tbsp grated dry coconut

Mix it well to make a well blended Mixture for 5 – 7 min

To check blended mixture is ready
add small mixture in a bowl with full of water
if small mixture comes at the top its ready for fry

Step—2

Take 2 cup buttermilk

Heat the tarka pan & add 1 tbsp oil

2 pinch asafoetida

Put the tarka pan in the butter milk

Add 1/4 tsp salt in the butter milk

Mix it well

Step—-3

Heat the wok and add oil for frying

Make Dahi Vada in round shape from the dal mixture

Fry Vada on Medium Flame

Put the Dahi Vada ball in heated wok

Flip and fry until it turns goolden Brown

Take it out Vada from the wok when it turns golden brown

Fry the all Dahi vada as well

Step—–4

Soak the Fried Vada in the butter milk for 15 min

Step —–5

Take 500gm Fresh thick Curd in a bowl

Whip the curd

Add 1/4 tsp black salt

Little bit white salt

If u like sweet
You can add 1 tsp powder sugar

After 15 Min

Take it out From vada from the buttermilk by pressing

For Serving Dahi Vada

Add curd in a plate

Put the vada over the curd

Again add curd on the top of vada

Sprinker 1 pinch black salt

Little bit Coriander Chutney

Little bit tamarind chutney

1 pinch Roasted Cumin Powder

1 pinch roasted red chilli powder
